Powder Coating

Powder coatings produce hard durable finishes with huge advantages over wet paint:

  1. Highly resistant to abrasion, corrosion, scratching, and chemicals.
  2. They stay bright with less fading, and color possibilities are endless with high and low gloss, metallic, and clear finishes.
  3. Texture selections range from smooth surfaces to wavy or matte finishes, rough textures are available for hiding surface imperfections.
  4. Thick coatings can be achieved quickly and efficiently.

Powder coating uses no solvents, so no pollutants are pushed into our atmosphere.

The powder used is a unique blend of finely ground pigment and plastics.

The mixture is applied onto the surface, where it adheres electro-statically until heated when it then fuses into a hard durable coating in a special oven.

Powder coating can be applied to any type of metal, other surfaces, including glass.
